It was good but not as funny as last weeks man whore episode. :laugh3:

It's a very funny show, for those who like it I would hightly reccomend The Mighty Boosh too.

I'm loving series 2 so far :D Only episode I wasn't to keen on was "Murray takes it to the next level"..I think I might just have to watch it again.

I cannot believe I have slept on these guys for so loooong! I was only recently introduced to them recently by catching up on season 1 on dvd.... and I'm completely and utterly smitten with the both of them! Particularly Jemaine! He's so cute and funny! well they both are.... really, but the writing on show is great, the talent is great, and I can only hope I run into them on the street one day while their filming or picking up a gallon of milk at the "bodega" in NYC.... lol

this new episode was okay. my favorite has been the week before this last one (prime minister). I really love the character of the prime minister though... he's great :D

I really wish I had HBO :( but I guess I can wait til season 2 is out on dvd.

 

 

what do you guys think..... will there or wont there be a season 3? I know this season was a struggle for the guys, creatively due to time restraints and deadlines... I would hate for them to put their artistic integrity on the line at the fault of a rushed and badly made product. Jemaine I know has some other projects he is working on in NZ, so who knows. Maybe this is it... for the HBO series that is...

I hope they might do another season, but I don't think it would come anytime soon. Jemaine is busy doing a tv show in NZ with Taika Waititi and Bret is a newlywed and soon to be father.. I think they are going to lay low in NZ for abit before they decide if they want to contine the show in America. This season was very taxing on them.. difficult and full of stress... hopefully after their tour they will have new material to help them with the 3rd season if they should go for it. hmm maybe thats the plan? :idea2:

Well since you haven't seen it I don't really want to spoil anything. The song they used in the episode was "Petrov,Yleyna & Me" (which they've had for quite a while I believe) and I was disappointed about how it fit into the episode. It didn't work at all really. Other than that it was a good episode :D

 

Overall, I think this series has been really good! :D

I know they get 'evicted' and "arrangements" are made... but I had heard the song.. I have the What The Folk album... :) a lot of fans said the same thing as you, not liking how they fit it into the show, but it goes to show you, they were reaching for songs to fill the show with! They've admitted it... :( but they seem to be having a really good time on tour. Rumours are that they might continue touring next year as well! :)

I actually bought it off a New Zealand website smokecds.com -they have a lot cool things, but thats the 'official online retailer' of the WTF album lol or so the guy who runs it told me... lol really nice lad at that...

 

 

but definitely check it out. I did see the WTF album on Amazon, but they wanted $50 nearly! I paid $20 and change USD for it thru smokecds- :)

I reckon Season 2 is good, the songs in season 2 are worse but the jokes are much better than season 1.

 

Anyone have news on the release date of the album? I update the wikipedia page and all I have is a tentative release for june/july.

By the way, for anybody in the U.K., Flight Of The Conchords Series 2, will start on the 12th May on BBC4. I'm guessing at 10pm, around that time anyway. Watch it!
