if there's this thread why people keeps opening similar threads about a concert in concrete?

i think we need a whole new section for that. :idea2:

I'll be at the St. Paul show, you'll be surprised when an 11 year old comes up to you and says "I'm yamfox." :laugh3:

everyone knows my real age

well for now i cant use it unfortunately, but i guess that this thread will grow in a very fast speed, so nobody wants to look all of the pages to look if there is someone in their area, maybe it would be better to organize an own board with a threat of every concert or of every moth concerts are taking place.

ive never been to a concert

so um.. how much will front row tickets cost?!?!?!?!

i don't want to see them from far away

this is kind of like a once in a lifetime opportunity for me! and i want to make it worth it!

Can you say $1000? ----- OK, maybe $500 - $1000 or higher, You will be buying from StubHub or some other agent, depends the location, section. Have seen em for more than that! Scalpers, don't you just love em? Hey , I know someone who paid $1000 for front row last tour! Maybe $250-300 for mid section rows. Paid this myself for 4th row. and again 7th row. :)

As for meet ups... SEE You All at Philly, yes! And later in Orlando, Yes too! And possibly MSG! This is how I met my best concert going friend from this website, we met in Philly as part of that crazy sign gang with 12,000 signs for the last show in US!!! Just parked the car in front row of venue and put Yellow Balloons on it and everyone met at the car to get the signs inside.

Wherever you park, sometimes you can prepurchase parking ticket so you know which lot you will be in and decorate you car and just tailgate and have fun! Bring food, play music, whatever! That way you are already at venue and don't have to worry about parking. You really don't want to meet up at outside restaurant or place unless you have many hours early to do this. You will want to park at venue around 5 pm to get good spot.

I have kept in touch with emails and we have gone to concerts since then, she flys from NC to my town of Orlando several times and now we will be meeting up again in Philly, sharing, hotel and car and some great food too! So YES, it is possible to meet up. I just did this with bunch of Radiohead fans in W.Palm and Tampa shows last week. We stayed in same hotels and also magic marked our hand with three black dots so at concert if you saw a marked hand, you knew that they were from the website. ONly I kept looking at hands when going for food or bathroom.. that was weird!

As for organizing on this website... just create a rollcall thread for that venue under Live section.. ex: "Philly rollcall, Whose going?" Then everyone going to Philly can add to that thread and have any questions about venue, hotels, directions, comments,etc... there! This was very helpful to me on RH website, as to traffic, construction and information from a local who lived in the area. And also fans flying into airport needed help with hotels, transportation, or a ride, etc.

so nobody wants to look all of the pages to look if there is someone in their area

That's why there's the first post ;)

This needs to be stickied... new threads are being opened left right and centre. If you make a thread looking for people in your area - TELL ME - it'll be easier to update that way...

Decision!

This should be stickied and probably shoved into the Live section, this is just getting lost in the main Coldplay sea

From now on, I'll only add you if you want to be in this list (for which you have to post here)

Because new threads x23750247678 have driven me crazy
