Jpw48
From the rips of the 'Grey's Anatomy Song' I've cleverly deduced.... ..we got carry our way over on the rooftops lets get married All of a sudden we just hurry So come over just be patient and don't worry So come over just be patient and don't worry So come over just be patient and don't worry So come over just be patient and don't worry So come over just be patient and don't worry And don't worry... (mumblings...) (Politik style piano bashing) (more mumblings...) I don't know what you guys make of it, but I don't hear any of the confirmed lyrics for this song, either from the reviews or from the artwork (in my sig) This leads me to believe that this isn't in fact Death And All His Friends at all. Maybe its The Escapist. Or maybe, just maybe, its from the ALBUM Death And All His Friends... Discuss and feel free to alter any of my lyrics... EDIT: We reckon this is in fact Lovers In Japan! :D http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3n9FTszwmQ4

Giuly2E
maybe it's just a non-finished version... or maybe they cut or repeated some lines for the scene on grace anatomy..
Jpw48
:: Death And All His Friends Melancholy piano segues into spangling guitars and a male choir exalting, “I don’t wanna follow death and all of his friends!” Vocals recorded in an art gallery in Barcelona that was once the medical room of an ancient nunnery. Will Champion: “This is us singing all together and then another us singing together. The Coldplay Choir. And it had an echo that lasted for a long, long time. When we did a lot of group singing we just roped in whoever was around. Studio engineers, whoever.” Thats a quote from the Q Review. Doesn't sound anything like this clip to me. I don't think its Death...

Thanks for reminding me! I knew I heard Locust's name before, I'll take his/her word for it then! Locust, are you really called Prospekt? Or how about Chris? Do you have a particular liking for the fruit that comes in both green and red forms, sometimes called Granny Smith?

RunForTheHills
I suspect though, that this isn't the song as it is on the album. I think they've cut out some bits, and also repeated some bits to fit the scene in Grey's Anatomy. Is this true Locust (since I assume you've heard it on the album)? Montreal
I don't think it is "Lovers in Japan " A magazine said it was a SHORT song and this is lke 4:21 length :stunned:
RunForTheHills
I don't think it is "Lovers in Japan " A magazine said it was a SHORT song and this is lke 4:21 length :stunned:Thats because they repeated a section of it twice in that clip we have. That part after the guitar comes in, but without the drums. I think they've edited it in that clip.
Jpw48
Yeah, I'm inclined to agree Semy. They quite often cut music to fit around the tv programs
bresc
i didn't listen to all of it, but from what you're all saying, i'm guessing this isn't the acoustic version of LOJ either, is it?
