November 21, 201015 yr ha no he does :D i think it might be someone else though, its like "thats a bit f*cked" I think he's like "haha, f*ck" in a bit of a joking matter.
November 23, 201015 yr I absolutely love studio noises. It puts the song(s) in such a more natural atmosphere.
November 23, 201015 yr Also, apart from the obvious in Strawberry Swing, you can hear Chris say something seconds before he starts singing. Almost sounds like "f*ck" but that doesn't seem quite right...:stunned: Doesn't he say "That's a bit fucked"? That's what I hear, at least. :anxious:
November 23, 201015 yr There's actually a thread about the Strawberry Swing thing here. Looks like it's Brian Eno saying "That's a bit fast." Something like that. "Strawberry Swing" Champion: Those are actually Brian [Eno's] handclaps at the beginning of that song, and - Martin: If you listen very closely, you can hear him complaining about the tempo at the beginning of that song. Champion: That's mostly what he does, complain about tempos. Martin: [in a booming Brian Eno voice] "Oh, that's much too fast." I like studio noises. :D :escaping:
November 23, 201015 yr I love studio noises, but for me it's very difficult to try unravel the words... Well, I love the beginning of Rainy Day!! Later you people who speaks english can try to unravel the studio noises! Or try to find new studio noises! I really would like to know!!:)
November 23, 201015 yr To me, studio noises are what make an album real. Jack's Mannequin and Kings of Convenience (two of my three favourite bands... three guesses what the third is ;) ) both do it on some of their tracks, even if its just a bit of talk at the end of the track. Jack's Mannequin's 'Rescued', for instance, has the guitarist talking at the end of the song about how something came unplugged...
November 23, 201015 yr here.[/url] Looks like it's Brian Eno saying "That's a bit fast." Something like that. I like studio noises. :D :escaping: ORLY NAO? I always thought it had f*cked in it.
November 23, 201015 yr ORLY NAO? I always thought it had f*cked in it. Who knows, maybe they really did say "f*cked". It would be pretty funny, especially since it's such a happy, sunny song.
