one question- when you bought your tickets... did you use the code once or were you able to try again for better seats and still use the code? the best buy site says one time only but im not totally sure if they mean i can only get the code from them once or only type it in once. (to clarify if im not making sense-- i know you can only use the code to get 2 presale tickets one time per customer, i mean when you search for tickets and decide you dont want the ones they have "holding" for you and you want to do another search.) hope this makes sense.

I tried that and thats how I got screwed on one code. I selected best available which gave me like row 5 floor, which I honestly didnt want, unless im front row id rather be up somewhere else so I can see all the lights...

 

Long story short I hit back and it screwed everything up and I had to get another code from a friend. It lets you pick from 3 diff parts before you search so make sure its the general area that you want.

just happened to wake up and i checked the site for the code and got it :) im surprised you couldnt type the code in again. im going to have to get my fiance's membership ID and get a code that way too incase that happens! it said i could use the code for any show. maybe you cant hit the "back" button, sometimes you have to click a link to re-direct you and do it that way. well i hope i dont have any issues in the morning....

I guess it depends on what you want. If you dont mind being in the middle of the floor then search for best available. The second time around I searched for LOWER tickets and got a nice spot in the 112 section. Im pretty happy, I love all the lasers and stuff and besides with the rumors about the stage coming out far into the crowd it should be perfect

i got floor seats!! its not the first row section, the second but i got seats one and two and row c so its not bad. i am SO HAPPY! i didnt want to be in the upper level, i wanted floor seats so im so excited right now!! thanks for all of your help!!!

thanks guys for the tips..just got my floor seats to the Cleveland show! I live in Florida but won't be able to see them in November..so I figure I go to Cleveland..visit my relatives..and still see Coldplay!

do they do any kind of presale on their concert tickets?\

I just want to make sure i get the best tix possible with assigned seating and all.

 

for the XYZ Tour they played outside and it was great - not so sure about this arena tour.

Best Buy RewardZone Presale Codes

 

So I was checking out the seating charts on Ticket Master for the Cleveland, OH show and decided to click on the Find Tickets button to see the prices in advance. Turns out I came across a "presale code" option for the Best Buy RewardZone program members...

 

WHAT?? :shocked2:

 

The Best Buy RewardZone is a free membership. So I signed up. And now I'm clicking the link to get a presale code that is activated at 10am tomorrow! But its not working. They "could not process" my request.

 

If Best Buy gives away all the good seats to their RewardZone members I'm storming my local Best Buy and busting some heads. And TVs. And maybe a few car stereos... :veryangry2:

I couldn't get the code for the cleve. show either. I switched between browsers all day same " we're sorry screen came up. I am now officially starting my ban on best buy. They will feel my wrath lol.

You had to be a member by may 1st in order to get the presale codes.

I got 2 tickets this morning in the lower level. This is my second time seeing them at the Wachovia Center. It should be amazing!

Most likely. Any venues you see even have it this tour? Usually only the outside venues have GA not the huge arena like this time. I'd die for GA tickets!
