Wear at a coldplay concert?

Featured Replies

I've never been to any of their concerts before:smug:

Im a female lol

Good point :P.

Wear whatever you think is cool, because it probably is :P.

This thread makes me laugh. But my vote's for the bunny outfit. OR... a tux with a pair of bunny ears? Perfect.

Seriously, just wear clothes that are comfortable and lightweight because if you're anything like me you'll be jumping around uncontrollably and therefore probably sweating as well! :P

haha

just make sure you're comfortable, because you're gonna be rocking out the whole time. and it gets hot in there, so keep that in mind. i don't suggest flip flops because you might get stepped on on your way out of the venue (or ESPECIALLY if you're on the floor)

At the 2005 Crystal Palace gig I saw somebody turn up in complete Chris Martin outfit: Black fitted military shirt and trousers, white trainers, multi-coloured wristbands and even fairtrade symbol inked on his hand! I hope it was nobody on here?! I'm a massive fan and don't mind a bit military apparel from time to time but that was ridiculous...

The man's a legend, but that is very, very gay.

Yeah you guys are haha thanks

it does get kind of hot in the venue, so wear something relatively light and comfortable. and i agree on the closed-toe shoes too (your toes will hurt anyway while wearing flip-flops. that happened to me before, hahah).

and, yes, it's alright to wear a Coldplay band shirt. that "rule" barely applies. :P

^^ that would make things interesting^^

you could probably get away with wearing nothing because at a coldplay concert... you only focus on the music and the snogging... with your date... or a total stranger. ;)

It's only cool to wear a band t-shirt if it's from a previous concert... general rule: wearing a brand new concert tee that you bought minutes before the show is lame... Plus, yes, it will be HOT so a t-shirt might even be a bit much anyways, haha... I'm personally gonna go for a comfy, short, summery dress... Though I'm bringing heels because I'm short-ish, and as of now, on the floor... near the back, lol.

omg wear something that breathes! you'll get so hot in there.. and dont be scared if there turns out to be someone behind you singing lyrics down your neck with all of their hot breath as they try to get closer to "chris" because they feel they have a connection... a nice elbow in the face always works. ;)

lol i wore my london jacket and i will admit..i did the fair trade symbol on my hand and wore tape around my fingers..haha this random teacher at school the next day was all "oh so you believe in fair trade like chris martin?" i was like speechless.haha goodtimes..*sighs*

My friend and i totally did the MTF thing too... Thanks, I don't feel quite as lame anymore! lol

put your clothes on blindfolded, it makes em look better

you are a brave, brave woman lol, wearing heels and a dress on the floor! i understand though, you wanna get as much height possible if you're short(ish). good luck!

A snake?? That would certainly gain you some space!!

haha, nah, I figure... I stand at every concert (regardless if other people are- I'm just that cool LOL)... and I've spent many a night dancing atleast 7hrs straight (non-stop) in heels... This should be a piece of cake! Plus, I'm totally wearing flats to the show and throwing the heels on only for Coldplay, haha. As for the dress... Is that a bad idea, or something?
