June 13, 200818 yr So i just downloaded the full album off iTunes, being assured it would be in iTunes +. So i download it, look at the quality, its 128, with full copy protection. This is the whole album, not just Viva La Vida (new edit) (which i know does have a problem) is anyone else having this problem? p.s. Im new, didnt know where to post this, and couldnt find anything else about it. :)

June 16, 200818 yr I got response from iTunes. :) Dear Harm, I'm sorry to learn that "Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends" did not meet the standard of quality you have come to expect from the iTunes Store. I have reversed the charge for the purchase. The credit should be posted within five business days. I have also submitted this item for investigation. Apple takes the quality of the items offered on the iTunes Store seriously and will investigate the issue with this item, but I can't say when or if the issue will be resolved. Please try again in a few weeks. Thank you for your understanding. I hope that you continue to enjoy using the iTunes Store. So if you have the same problem, just email them and you'll get your credits back!
June 16, 200818 yr Yeah, I got the same exact e-mail from iTunes Harm. They gave me two songs as well haha.
