If you can keep Henson out of Church going into it... what are the chances?" (his girlfriend being Charlottoe Church). Rather then erupting into laughter the audience remained in a shocked silence while several sports stars were seen shaking their heads and looking pretty embarrassed. I think Sue was even stunned that she said that - one of the most bizarre things I've ever seen on TV. Speaking of Katie Holmes... it's great whenever Graham Norton shows a pic of her with Tom Cruise and he starts saying stuff like, "HELP!", "SAVE ME!" on behalf of Katie :P
July 9, 200817 yr Ah, yes, it's all coming back to me now. Yeah, she's weird, but it's not a weird crush because she's clearly very attractive. A weird celebrity crush is actually someone who's not conventionally attractive, but who just does strange things for you. Simon Pegg was the inspiration for the thread - turns out quite a lot of the Coldplaying ladies feel the same. We like men who make us laugh (and the occasional dour ginger German!) Maybe this all comes back to the fact that men are far more driven by "looks" than women are. For example, I find Jo Brand and Dawn French very funny, but I could never fancy them in a million years!;) I like women who are amusing, but that would never be enough on its own. And by the way - I do love Boris as a commentator/pundit, and John McEnroe even more so.;) They are both very amusing.

I personally think she's gorgeous, but everyone I say that to gives me funny looks - so I guess she counts as a weird celebrity crush? EDIT: Being the perve I am, I Googled the photoshoot she did for Jane magazine and have come to the conclusion that Serena Williams is NOT a weird celebrity crush - she's stunning!
