"Seguro" is like "sure", I mean, a quite high degree of certainty, right?

“RADIOHEAD AND COLDPLAY ARE A GO” – That’s what was in an e-mail I received from an insider of Latin American concert circuitry. Radiohead, the worshiped band that never seem to confirm or deny a performance here have finally accepted an offer to come to Brazil, Chile and Argentina, the only South American countries where they agreed to play. Peru (new hot spot for such events) and Colombia were in the dispute. The design of the presentations here is set up by Argentina, where Radiohead are to play some day in the end of March. The concerts in Brazil and Chile will be around that as well. Coldplay and Jay-Z will be in this region by the same period to play more concerts than Radiohead. Coldplay may kick off their new South American Tour in March.

*I'm not really sure of how modal verbs like "may" or "must" work, but I'd like to emphasise that this info, as CriS stated is not official!

But still good hope!!!! :D
