i just made a berrry smoothie!!! its so easy, vanilla low fat yogurt, bananna and i these bags of mixed frozen berries in a big bag from the supermarket, its sooo worth it, the fresh berries get rotten too fast and its actually cheaper and with it being frozen you dont have to put in ice, if its too thick just put a little orange juice in it

 

 

hmmmm joe, some vodka in it might be quite nice!
