September 21, 200322 yr my mom eats muesli. I always buy a big bag of sunflower seeds when im hungry. it lasts a long time for me. haha the last bag i bought, it was smaller than the one i bought today and it lasted me a week. so, i think this bag (200 pounds) will last me more than a week. hahaha.
