Obama one of the 10 most corrupt politicians

Featured Replies

"Sen. McCain has recieved $169,000 from the mortgage companies and their affiliates. Two of the top contributors -- Freddie Mac's board member Geoffrey T. Boisi and Fannie Mae lobbyist Richard F. Hohlt -- are listed on Mccain's website as bundlers who've raised between $100,000-$250,000 for McCain. (A sidebar in the Times lists McCain's top donors connected to the mortgage companies.)"

Obama, still bad but not quite as bad....

"Sen. Obama has recieved $123,850 from the Fannie and Freddie's employees and PACs since coming in office. Even though Obama has only been in the Senate since 2005"

those Mccain numbers you were listing were grossly understated....

also Mccain recieved $293,010 ($366,035 since 1989) from Merril Lynch

Obama is more connected to wall street then McCain. Received more money and is friends with more people there. Overall OBama has received more. Obama supports the rich corrupt men on wall street, thats just a bad democrat.

It's interesting how the Israelis view Obama. He receives much support

both from Jewish liberals and arguably the right-wing AIPAC, but his

middle name bothers Israelis a lot. Also, there are doubts whether he is

really a Muslim apostate. Here is an article which analyzes Obama's

similarity to early Zionists:

wall street tends to bet on the candidate most likely to win

Chuck owned everyone in this thread!

And like he said, there is no such thing as an uncorrupt politician. They all have flaws. I just support the one who I believe will make the most and best change and for me that's Obama.

And yes, he may take money from corrupt businessmen, but if he didn't have any money, he couldn't run a campaign. And if you can't run a campaign, you probably won't become president. Sometimes you have to stick your hands in the mud in order to dig your way to the water pump.

Obama is doing what is necessary to become president so that he can try to make it so that politicians no longer have to accept corrupt supporters. Maybe he can start a new policy in Washington and change the system of voting. Maybe he c an;t, but I don't see McCain even suggesting REAL change, just bullshitting the word "Change" in all his ads to keep up with Obama.

And if you still think they're both corrupt and that Obama is only slightly better, VOTE FOR HIM. You don't have to think your choice is perfect, just the better man. And non-vote for Obama is just as bad as a vote for McCain, and vice versa (if you're a McCain supporter.)

Remember: Vote for the lesser of two evils if you must.

They knew he was to win before he even started his campaign for the white house? very interesting. But you are correct to some degree.

So since all politicians are corrupt we are to elect the most corrupt? NO thanks.

Not only did he take money for corrupt businessmen, HE GOT THEM MILLIONS OF DOLLARS OF TAX PAYER MONEY It's one thing to accept a donation, another to be in bed with them and FUND THEM IN THEIR CORRUPTION.

Real change? No just more money for his corrupt friends who he's funded and given millions of tax payer money too. If you like that kind of change, vote obama, the rich wouldn't mind millions of your tax dollars to buy them more BMW's and prostitutes.

Wall Street wouldn't mind millions of government money to fund their corruption, Obama gets rich and they get rich....only people to lose are the taxpayers unless you're on of the few who'll gain millions from his policies. He's the rich candidate.

Obama is not doing real change, he's talking of real change while doing the opposite. I'd rather a leader get elected not running on change, then one of the most corrupt lying to America from the get go on being a new kind of politician.

It's sad people ignore his record and just listen to his empty promises. His actions and words are complete opposites when it comes to classes and economics.

are you freaking kidding me?

obama's not corrupt. and mccain's perfect, right?

i think obama's one of the greatest politicians since clinton. (bill).

i really hate how some republicans have to trash him to feel so good about themselves. :dozey:.

If you read any post's you'd see, I'm not a republican, I've said McCain is very corrupt and have proven Obama's corruption as well. Go look up Tom Rezko and Obama.

Ignorance strikes again.

The problem with people is if you're not a democrat you're seen as a republican. Both sides are just as bad. I'm against both parties.

No politians hands are clean,Washington is corrupt and it doesnt matter if you are a Democrat or Republican, its a fact, sad but true.

I doubt it, but the fact remains he is the least corrupt politician in Washington by far.:)
