Batman clearly would win. While Spiderman has actual superpowers, Batman has so many more resources. If Spiderman tried to web him, he would cut it with those side-arm knife things. Also, he could use those night vision goggles to hunt Spiderman at night.

 

Plus mentally Peter Parker has too much to lose. Batman could kidnap MJ and hold her hostage to drag him into the open. Spiderman can't kidnap Rachel (Anyone who has seen Dark Knoght knows why). So overall Batman has mire resources, is more powerful, and has less to lose. Batman wins, handsdwon.:dozey:

spiderman of course; batman hasnt any power, ah right he has money.

spidey would lose. badly. batman would simply lure him into a place where his acrobatics and similar abilities are nullified.

 

batman is a *strategist* and the worlds greatest detective. he is ridiculously intelligent.

 

spidey is a scientist, true, but his battle plan is to go punch! and web em up. batman thinks before going into battle.

 

he'd probe the weaknesses of his opponent and strike when ready. spidey would sit and whine over jameson not giving him that kiss he always wanted.

 

i like spidey, but he's stuffed fighting batman.

Definitely Spider-man. He's not as physically tough, but it's a simple question of superhero vs. human. If you put both in a basketball court, spiderman would have batman immobilized before you can say stan lee. In a different environment, batman doesn't really have a stealth advantage, spiderman is a veteran at similar tactics and frankly... his web slinging is far more efficient than batman's belt.
