November 6, 200817 yr From the preview this song IS BRILLIANT! This is probably one of my favorite song of coldplay !
November 7, 200817 yr LOVED the live version - thought it was even going to beat LiJ, Politik and Warning Sign into first place right there, but don't much care for the studio version snippet we've heard so far...it lacks the power and urgency of the live one imho....:(
November 7, 200817 yr This is my favorite EVER. O_O I can already tell that I'm going to love this song for the rest of my life. I don't really know why, but it's just amazing. In my opinion, and I haven't heard the live version 'cause I haven't really been following all of the Coldplay stuff recently, the drums give it a sense of urgency, do you know what I mean? The heaviness of it. I don't know. I sound stupid when I try and talk about instruments. xD
November 7, 200817 yr Out of the four previews, this one's my least favorite. I like it but I don't love it the way I love the other three.
November 7, 200817 yr Also loved the bit of live version I heard over this sample . LIT2 and Rainy Day rocks But Yes to me still blows em all away.
November 7, 200817 yr I must have missed that... but where can I listen to the songs? Coldplay.com and you can dowload them from the multimedia section on this forum :)
November 7, 200817 yr so powerful, and the piano at the end is just incredible, i hope they've developed that
November 8, 200817 yr The most impressive things are: The drums are somehow silence a bit. The whole band is singing (epic). The last part, the synth with the guitar, amazingness.
November 9, 200817 yr LOVED the live version - thought it was even going to beat LiJ, Politik and Warning Sign into first place right there, but don't much care for the studio version snippet we've heard so far...it lacks the power and urgency of the live one imho....:( I agree very much. The live version was SPECTACULAR! It rocked and LOUD. The studio version is more subdued and lacks a certain oomph. I hope its different hearing the full version. The preview isnt living up to my expectations so far. The other previews were better, and thats not a bad thing. Viva La Prospekt's March!
November 9, 200817 yr I must be in a minority because I think the studio version sounds much better than the live one (though they're both great)
November 9, 200817 yr This song is amazing. The best out of the previews and the chorus just blows my mind.
November 9, 200817 yr I think the studio version is more louderer than the live version more louderer :laugh3:
