that being said, i have the utmost confidence in my friend, but i know nothing about the electronics guy.

I wouldn't get my hopes up, because if he doesn't end up taking it everyone will just hate me more. just know its a strong possibility.

so I go back and grab a copy of the cd, i go up to the cashier guy and when he scans it a red box pops up saying "Do not sell until 11/23/08". So I tried to convince him that the album was released yesterday and all the other stores have it already; he calls up his manager and this stupid ugly woman comes out and is like "uh, whoops that shouldn't be out here" and she took all the copies to the back.

 

DAMMIT! i should've just slit one and slipped out the disc haha, it comes in some shitty cardboard sleeve.

Hey, I'm not hating on you at all, man. If you come through, that's great, otherwise we just have to wait a few more days. At least you're telling us you'll upload it if you get it--unlike other people who are just like, "Well, I would...but I can't."

I think I can speak for everyone and say most people are skeptical of everything at this point after so much optimism and disappointment this week when it comes to potential leaks.

yeah I really don't see how you guys could think he's lying. if he did get it everyone would be like OMG YOU'RE A GOD. but the store realized they made a mistake and didn't sell it to him and then it just jumped to BOOURNS YOU SUCK.

And to be honest, I'm much more frustrated with LIT2 being played on the radio and nobody recording it than the fact that the guy didn't get the EP when he went to Target. He would've had to steal it, and I would never encourage anyone to do that!

Some guy who heard the tracks say it builds up acoustically.
