I did go to the Tampa show - well, I went to Tampa. I'd gone to the first US show of the tour in Los Angeles July 14, 2008, and after I saw them twice this past July (and won a meet and greet - which was amazing), I decided I needed to see them again. So I flew from California to Tampa. When I landed in Atlanta for my connection and turned on my phone, I had texts and tweets about the "postponement." They announced it during my flight. I had to go to Tampa anyway, couldn't change my flights and had prepaid my hotel. I met up with some other Coldplayers who were also stuck in Tampa and we hung out and commiserated that day.

Yeah, the boys have been working their whole career from the very first days they practiced in the flat near Camden to play this gig. I'm really speechless the first night has happened. It'll be fscinating to see where they go from here (with releases and touring).

That is WOW! and there's seats behind the stage too!?!

Iwona and myself are also back at the hotel :)

 

Transportation into London worked amazingly well, we were really surprised that it didn't take that long at all to get away from Wembley, given the amount of people heading to Wembley Park Tube station.

 

Front row C-Stage, got my banner out which Iwona and Petra helped holding with me and when Chris entered the C-Stage he was looking closely to read it and we got another thumbs up.

This is so great to be acknowledged ... :D

 

Even my penfriend Paul who was standing behind me said completely surprised that Chris recognized me and the banner which really seemed to have impressed him :laugh3:
