I thought it would be cool to have a thread full of Random facts about Coldplay

This could be an opportunity to find out things you don't know about the band, that other people do,

or simply just to show off your knowledge on the best band in the world ;)

Obviously theres gonna be some facts that a few people already know, so don't give someone a hard time for posting something obvious!

 

I'll Start;

 

Guy Berryman Joined the band when he approached Chris and Jonny in a pub he worked in, he was drunk and demanded to be the bassist.

hmm random fact... the first band rehearsal that they had was at a flat in camden that Jonny and Chris used to share. according to Jonny, the ceiling was shaking because there were a bunch of strippers on the floor above them practicing their routine. :laugh3:

I got my info from an unofficial biography of coldplay

That doesn't mean it's true though, but it sounds quite believable

Or it may just be a rumour.....
