This year we've decided to do things a little differently. Instead of the usual "see how fast you can search Google and PM the answers to Jen" Quiz, we decided to really test you!!

 

Not sure how many of you know the quiz show "Family Fortunes" but that's the format of the quiz. For those of you who don't know, this is how it works.

 

We asked some very random people to give us 5 answers to each of 10 questions, and we've selected the top 5 answers. Your job is to guess what those 5 top answers are. The top answer is not necessarily the most obvious!

 

You need to guess which is the top answer (2 points) and then the other 4 answers (1 point for each correct answer). You will also get a bonus 4 points if you get all 5 answers including the top answer correctly.

 

For those of you who are still lost, here's 2 sample question:

 

Sample 1: Name the Top 5 premier league football teams in the UK.

 

My answer would be:

 

Top: Manchester United. Other 4: Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester City, Arsenal.

 

The surveyed people's result was: Liverpool (Top answer), Chelsea, Aston Villa, Man Utd, & Arsenal.

 

So I get 4 points for that question because I correctly guessed 4 of the teams

 

 

Sample 2: Name the Top 5 Premiership Rugby teams in the UK.

 

My answer is:

Top: London Irish. Other 4: Bath, Gloucester, Leicester & Sale.

 

The survey result is London Irish (Top answer), Bath, Sale, Leicester & Gloucester.

 

So i get the full 10 points. 2 points for correctly guessing the top answer. 1 point each for the other 4 teams, and the bonus points for them all being in the right order.

Family Fortunes the show famous for asking 100 people... but with no-one ever knowing who those 100 people were.

i guess that first half of my question is stupid. i want to know if creativity and hilarosity gets you points, or if the answers are all predetermined and jen just holds up all the answers against a predefined rubric.

What Jen didn't say is how many people she asked, it could be one person or it could be 200 or anywhere in between ;)

in general. sooooo if you were anticipating a tour, what would be the first 5 cities you would immediately assume would have a date on the tour
