I was imagining how good if Murray faces Fed in the men's final, and it can possibly happen. Then, I started to think about the women's final... And suddenly, Williams brothers faces popped out

Williamaphilic syndrome

*injects himself a high dose of Williamaphobic vaccine* :P

I really hope Roddick's ankle heals up before Wimbledon. Even though he won the U.S. in '03, I think Wimbledon is definitely his best major.

Ewww, start thinking of something or someone a lot more pleasing to the eye ._.

But if he keeps being like the little baby he was in Roland Garros, he's not getting anything

Gollum??:P

Dobby the house elf??

But if he keeps being like the little baby he was in Roland Garros, he's not getting anything

He won't ever win another slam. There are too many players who are far better than him. He even lost to Blake at Queen's!:dozey:

He retired because according to Roddick he injured his ankle :P

I'd go for Gollum

Well that explains everything!

it was 4-4 in the first set and he landed awkwardly on a platform in the back of the court. Nobody chickens out while tied in the first set if thats what you're implying.

Nope. I was actually amazed he could have lost to Blake (a vastly inferior player who has hardly won anything in his career).;)

Some people do that, besides it's no mystery that Roddick is a little bit.. special.

Oddick??:P

Possibly, the way he serves is very special :dozey:

You mean with a top speed of 155 mph, and a 90% held service game average?

Doesn't seem to have won him many tournaments in recent years, though, does it??

He's already won in memphis this year, and he won three tourneys last year. Obviously with Nadal and Federer still running the scene he's mainly been limited to semifinals like in this year's Aussie Open. But still he's managed to hang on to the top ten since 2003, even after crap years like '08. Thing is he played horribly in '06 up until he picked up Jimmy Connors as a coach. Right afterwards he played phenomenally in the U.S. open, and pretty well throughout 2007. Then he dumps Connors for his brother in '08 and subsequentally plays poorly, dropping to 8th place. Ever since he's been a loose cannon, but he's currently operating on his best win percentage so far, and he may very well make the semi's at wimbledon if he can keep it together.
