February 5, 200917 yr they should do the national anthem or idioteque and go all maniac. just like they did on SNL in 2000. Thom feeling the music, moving all crazy, at the end of the song throws the mike stand on the floor haha most probably the best performance of those two.. Id like high and dry or fake plastic trees
February 5, 200917 yr Author I haven't heard why he won't be at the Grammys. I know he is working on a solo album though, maybe he's too busy with that.
February 5, 200917 yr oh yes I think I heard that too, but maybe they need a support drumer? (in addition to Phil)
February 6, 200917 yr This could be interesting... I can see the huge drumline for this song! Now brass I don't know where that would come in. Well, the National Anthem had that brass in it, so maybe they'll play the synth parts. And the yeah's part, that's in there. So I'm thinking this will be an epic performance. Can't wait!
February 6, 200917 yr Author Just imagine it. A brass band and some drums: :wideeyed: That could be epic.
February 6, 200917 yr They are playing 15 step! and to ricardo up top.. im pretty sure 15 step is the only song from in rainbows the USC drumline and radiohead can play together.. sorry buddy.
February 6, 200917 yr They are playing 15 step with the USC drumline. (inside info) LOL.... sorry guys no bodysnatchers (which would be awesome for that awards show) i think the drumline is Jonny's idea cause he's a madman! haha!
February 7, 200917 yr Author hahaha I voted 15 step, because it seemed the only reasonable option to me haha....aren't you smart voting for the song after the fact! Nice try. :P
February 7, 200917 yr I often doubt information when it is posted on message boards, but it at least appears that the 15 Steps w/ USC marching band story has some traction. If that is the case, it just doesn't excite me that much. We'll see how it turns out, and I could be incredibly wrong, but I think it sounds cheesy. Of course, no matter what, the Radiohead elitists will say it is the most brilliant thing ever.
February 7, 200917 yr *explodes with anticipation* You know this is going to leave half the Grammy audience in confusion but those who get it are going to stand up and go nuts. I know I'll be shouting and jumping at my tv set when they are done.
