March 5, 200917 yr I'm getting excited! and I know that Rogers Centre is a big place and doesn't have that atmosphere like the amphitheatre or even ACC, which I actually really like, but Coldplay have always loved Toronto, and we're the only city to get a Stadium concert this summer, so I guess that's something good. I just really hope that they get a new setlist, not saying there was something wrong with the last one, but I'd really like to see a different concert, play some old classics we haven't heard in a while (Warning Sign!)

March 5, 200917 yr Hey everyone, I have been stalking this thread for eons. Just wanted to clarify how the GA floors work GA floors have a limited capacity. Due to rules in Toronto by-laws that state that we can not have any rush concerts. Promoters can no longer have a true General admission where everyone runs into the floors. This was banned due to some trampling deaths. So the way around it and to put fans in cool areas near the stage. They sell a fixed number of positions. To make sure that they can do this and that the number is kept to the right amount. They sell you a Section and a seat. Even though there are not really seats. It allows them to meet the laws and still not have to place seats. GA will normally have lots of space at the back in Toronto (example the killers was only half full) and still better then most seats. So in detail for Coldplay. GA 1 or GA 2 are just legal sections of the GA area, this will not mean you have to stand in one area. The Seats and row are just a head count to make sure they do not over fill. Cheers Bismarck

Anyone know anything about this? oh no, sorry for the confusion.... that was me... in response to another post i made... it wasn't about Coldplay, but rather No Doubt... I was just saying how the way that No Doubt is going about selling their best tickets is brilliant... and that Coldplay should look into trying that method in the future. I just added that on top of that (they, No doubt) are giving away their entire back catalogue with tickets.

March 5, 200917 yr I am pretty sure that you can cash your Argo vouchers in and then UPSALE for better seats if they are available at the ticket window before the game, they never sell out and always will take more of your money. Yes they are good for any game that is not SOLD OUT.

Its for the bronze level tickets which are either corners in level 200 or endzone in level 100. so they're pretty decent seats.

I just tried on the phone but the rep had no idea except for the times when the presales go on -but of course I might have got a less than bright rep ;) She dd say that there was still decent availability throughout the 100 level ....

March 5, 200917 yr About one hour left and there are still GA seats available as well as floors in the front. I hope my gamble pays off not paying for the stupid football tickets. Seriously, I see that as such a scam anyhow.

When you see how crazy the prices are on ebay... And even if you don't like football, just sell the vouchers, they're good for every game of the season

You'll still have a good view of the 'catwalks' if you're seated in the sides though. 132-133 or 110-111, at least in my opinion.
March 5, 200917 yr Do you guys think it will be the same setlist (give or take a few songs) as the last show here? The set up with the two catwalks is the same as last time, I hope the summer tour is different than the tour they're on now.

Sorry but I don't want to lay out an extra $175 for football tickets for a game I'll never attend.

I'd rather not have to go through the hassel of trying to sell the vouchers as they are 100% no use to me and I'm not sure I'd get all my money back. I'm taking a chance, but it seems there are still GA seats left and only an hour to go, so it's one I'm willing to take.
