Same! Really want to hear Shiver! :D

Yes! We really should plan on the flags and the happy birthday song to Will, those would be amazing to do. If we can't plan for both, at least try to do one?

I honestly think it would be hard to plan a birthday song, but the flags is completely duable.

K guys no lies, I bought tikets in A1 last week, for $110 each. If you want last minute tickets that are actually decent, the site I used was stubhub.com but you need a credit card. Couldn't believe I got tickets in A1, right near Jonny! (almost!)

for the singing of happy birthday, if we decide after which 'break', like after viva la vida or death and all his friends (or before the encore or something) then i think it could be doable

we just need all the coldplayers starting the song (and telling everyone beside us) then hopefully we'll get everyone singing :)

I'm also going to be in the GA "pit", should be a nice group of people going. I def will not be going very early, but I figure anywhere in the pit is going to be super close. That's great to hear that they're excited, I think its their first time in North America playing a stadium rather than an arena or amphitheatre, so I'm sure it'll be a great show, even Guy said "Yeah, we've been trying to dust the cobwebs off here and there, because the idea is that for the bigger shows in the summer we'll play for a little bit longer. So we've been digging out some of the older songs which we haven't played for a while. That's actually been really good fun. We played Sparks today and we've been playing Rush Of Blood To The Head, Warning Sign and White Shadows. We're just building up the songbook, basically." That would be amaaaaaaazing to hear those great ones.

Sparks and Rush Of Blood To The Head are probably some of my favourite songs. My heart would melt

If somebody in the pit yelled at chris to tell him we're gonna sing it then it might work.

Two weeks from today! Woot woot! :)

I know! I can't wait. My tickets still haven't arrived in the mail, its bothering me.

Speaking of tickets, I still have that first Section 111 ticket I bought which I still need to get rid of :uhoh: Oh god. I'm a terrible procrastinator.

Anyway, I ought to post this here too other than in just the for trade/sale ticket thread. Here's my plea:

Hello!

I've got an extra ticket I no longer need for Coldplay's concert July 30th in Toronto at the Rogers Centre.

Section 111

Row 30

This is a great seat and I'm only giving it up because we managed to get GA tickets :nice:

— and FACE VALUE of course.

PM me if you're at all interested and we'll definitely work something out. Thanks for reading.

I ordered them last week, from Stubhub.com and I got tickets in A1, I got them for face value, at way better value than anybody whos selling or on ebay or anything. I'm just glad I'm sitting near Jonny's side of the stage. I got my tickets for $109 each.

I'm getting really excited.Taking the bus from Montreal.Long ride. But then a nice hotel.Maybe they'll be staying there as well.Who knows. This thread is super long and the concert hasn't even happened yet.So any meet ups happening?

We need to plan one out:nice:

Seriously this just proves what great fans we are almost a 100 pages. A lot of the other Coldplay Live thread are hardly 50.

We defs need to plan a meet up too!!

Did Coldplay stay at Fairmont last time? Anyone know?

^ Haha, aunie are you planning a stake out? ;)

And yes, I love how we're like the liveliest thread on here. Only the Wembley Stadium thread is ahead of us, but that's to be taken with a pinch of salt, because.... it's Wembley which is MASSIVE haha

I don't think I would ever be able to follow them into their hotel, I mean I'm an ultimate fan and everything but I think I'll feel to bad that I'm disturbing their personla lives:P Or I'd be too shy to come up and say something, well actually if it did happened I probably would.

I hope to go to Glastonbury someday :nice:

LOL, we've been trying to plan a meetup for about 2 months now, ever since we bought tickets.

Let's face it, we're lazy fucks.

Ok. Ok. Errrr... Ummmm... we meet at the Rogers Centre on July 30th and all wear our party hats and eat pizza :shame:

what are YOUR thoughts? I've never even been to one Idk what we should do, that's why I said WE:P

For cereal though, we should meet like an hour or 2 before the line up since most of you guys have the pit tickets?

Well that's a start :smug:. Guys, I'm going to be proud of us, we're finally initiating something haha

I've never done a meet up before either but I suppose it can't hurt.

Hmm if this were facebook, an event page would be made...... we need a time and specific place to meet.

Also, how would we recognize each other among the other people lining up (other than party hats, of course).

Yay we're not lazy fucks anymore :uhoh:

Maybe we should make it a facebook event too. This would also help the recognition part.

Someone just has to make a giant poster "THIS IS OUR MEETUP PLACE" :P

What about if everyone who wanted to recognize each other could just hold their printed flag? I loved the flag and am also planning on printing and bringing one. Though I don't know if they'll see it from A2.

Yeah, let's do this.I've never been to Toronto so I have no idea what is where but if we all meet up at the venue, it's should be easy. The flag idea is good.
