I think I'm going to be there as early I feel like it that day :P It'll come down to the weather and how early my friend is willing to go as well. I don't think I'll mind waiting really, after all, this is *general admission* for Coldplay.

Ohhh and I really like the idea of those Canadian flags with the butterfly on it. It's a terrific idea!

It would be really awesome I think if wedid it! :wacky:

Yeah I don't havethe GA tickets but I'll go early, if it's too early I'll just walk around with my friend around downtown cause that's always fun:smug:

Hmm how could we do something like that though?.... If only one of us owned a paper or printing company and we could pass them out en masse. If only I weren't a broke student.....

Yep I suppose you could always walk along the Harbourfront or Queens Quay and find something to do if you're too early. Maybe I'll have a late afternoon lunch and then head over.... do you think that's too early?

I have GA tickets so I'll be there early.Dunno what early means yet...can't decide

who else has GA tickets??Form a little gang :D:D

Hey guys! I'm so excited about the show...can't wait! I love the flag idea, too...those of you in the GA sections, you should def. print them out and hold them up for the band to see.

P.S. I may have some tickets for sale if anyone is looking. They're not the best seats, but at least they're seats! PM me if you wanna know more.

I have GA tickets :)

We should make a list? Ahah

Hmm I think 3pm sounds good. Or maybe a bit earlier. I'm not sure how GA works, it's going to be my first time. Do we get wristbands or once we're inside...do we just have to run as fast as we can to get to front? :P

I have tickets for sale one is a floor seat in b3 and the other is in 114 let me know if your interested. both are hard tickets!

We could probably all go to a same printing place and I'm pretty sure if we print a lot we can get a god discount, we can all chip in :smug:

Good idea! I'd chip in! :D

Hmm well how many sheets would we be printing out and what would be the cost of it all? I think that's the tricky part, to organize something on a large scale like this. Possible, but tricky.

I wish we could get the entire venue to start singing happy birthday to Will or something at some point in the show. Something memorable to the band, and to show them what great fans they have in Toronto, you know?

It's never bad to be ambitious

Hey, I forgot to post this a while back. When I met Andy the Video Manager, we talked about the upcoming shows. He said the boys and crew are very excited for this gig.

I wish I was going to this one.

:wideeyed: We should just ask every single person going into the venue,to sing HP to Will, or at some point in the show when they're not playing a song all the coldplayers should just VERY loudly start singing it I'm sure everyone else will join in?

I have no clue we could just print them out and then like sell them for like the same price we payed :uhoh: Not gonna work probably...

Yeah, those methods could end up messy and unorganized...

Is there even a break in the show where the band isn't playing and could be interrupted with a happy birthday?

That's so great to hear :nice: How did the conversation go? I'm really curious now as to why they are "very excited" for this show. Is something special in the works? Ahhh maybe I'm over analysing this, but it makes me want to do something extra and integrate something as an audience into the show.

I guess because

1. Will's birthday

2. Remember how Chris always says Toronto's crowd is the best:P (:shame: yeah I know he says that in every city probably)

3. Maybe they're filming another dvd :wacky:

Maybe we should consult the people who've done it in the past, and ask how did they organize something that big

15 days! I'm in A1. How much did the pit tickets cost you guys?

The pit were the same price,I rgink, It's just the fact that they were all sold out via the argos presale where you had to buy at least 2+ the vouchers, Ithink it was around $350?

I'm also going to be in the GA "pit", should be a nice group of people going. I def will not be going very early, but I figure anywhere in the pit is going to be super close. That's great to hear that they're excited, I think its their first time in North America playing a stadium rather than an arena or amphitheatre, so I'm sure it'll be a great show, even Guy said "Yeah, we've been trying to dust the cobwebs off here and there, because the idea is that for the bigger shows in the summer we'll play for a little bit longer. So we've been digging out some of the older songs which we haven't played for a while. That's actually been really good fun. We played Sparks today and we've been playing Rush Of Blood To The Head, Warning Sign and White Shadows. We're just building up the songbook, basically." That would be amaaaaaaazing to hear those great ones.

YES! I wanna hear Sparks.

I want them to do Shiver

Same! Really want to hear Shiver! :D

Yes! We really should plan on the flags and the happy birthday song to Will, those would be amazing to do. If we can't plan for both, at least try to do one?

15 days and I'm toooooo excited! This is turning out to be a great Coldplay-related summer!

A favour... and I don't know if anyone else has asked this (mainly because I would like to avoid sorting through 97 pages of posts ;P), but if anyone sitting on the floor would be able to, grab me a handful of butterflies if possible, I'm hoping 10-15 perhaps? I'm up in the 200s and am planning on framing my ticket stub with butterflies floating down onto it, so I know for a fact that I will not get any of them beauts.

Let me know via this board or a PM? Thank you Coldplayers!
