I know I'm super late to the party, but I'm finally back at my computer and can properly celebrate!!!!! I'm still so excited, I was talking about it all day (I actually told my parents about it, I was too excited :uhoh:).... I can't see my postcard in the video, but it was still amazing!! I assume someone has ripped it by now?

february is the coldplay month for me... they played here in feb 14, 15 and 16 :bomb:

 

and this year it's been a great month too! with the grammys, the postcards updates and this week will be great too with the brits and the gig with the killers :bomb:

I still can't believe we did it!! I remember the long talks about the delivery method, I also remember me checking the postcards threads at uni between exams and everyone dreaming about the boys reaction... :heart:

 

and today it was wonderful, we all are so happy and it was cool to read all the posts in this thread... we did something big and the band liked it!! :dance:

Haha, remember when we were stuck for like 2 days trying to figure out if the Bakery had a mail slot? :dozey: Thank god for Debs! And I remember staying up all night discussing the details... I was very grumpy at school those few weeks :lol:

 

I'm going to go through the thread when I get home, right now I'm crouched over my laptop in my hotel room :\

 

PS- I cried too :P And I was shaking when I watched it.. I was actually out to breakfast, and once it was past 3 in the UK I couldn't stand the wait any more and asked my dad if I could check coldplay.com his Blackberry- I saw that there was a video, but I couldn't watch it! So I demanded that we drive back to the hotel so I could watch it, and they actually agreed. You should've seen how fast I ran to my hotel room! :laugh3:

I'm so glad it's summer and I didn't have plans for today(yesterday)... I've been able to check every little update, I know.. I'm an internet addict sometimes :sick:

 

 

now probably we all will watch that video a thousand times :heart: that was more than I expected... it's such a lovely video :bomb: and even Phil is there!!

I'd also like to add that this whole thing makes the band feel much closer to the fans, not "big celebrities". They don't feel like the biggest band in the world when you can send them postcards and they read & enjoy them! :wacky:

Yes, the video is amazing!!!! I'm a little sad that I can't see my postcards, but Debs said that she set them up so that they could see all of them, so I'm still confident that they got there and the band saw them :)

Yesterday was really great. Watching the video again, I still can't believe it. And all the effort they did for us: film it, put it on music, selecting the best parts to show us... Awesome!
