@ alison: click the link at the top of the first post to download the video. in the first post of the thread it leads to, click to download the video in MP4 format and download it. once it downloads completely, go into itunes and go to file--> add file to library. find the file where you saved it, click it, and it should go directly into the "movies" section of your itunes. it'll go onto your ipod the next time you plug it in :D

i did that as soon as the mp4 was up.... and have been playing it ever since :heart:

 

and now i was listening to PFFA (the song) and had the video in my head :D

OMG.....(lol sorry I haven't been keeping up with the news. In fact, I haven't been on here for a LOOOOONG time :laugh3:).

 

A few minutes ago I was browsing through YouTube randomly and discovered the video message about the postcards!! After sending in my postcards, I've completely forgotten about 'em (I wasn't sure how things were going to turn out, so uhhh I moved on....:embarassed:). I'm not sure whether my postcards really made it on that table, but since most of you saw your cards on the table (especially from fellow fans in the States) I can only hope or assume that mine are there. There's so many postcards, so maybe mine are hiding under? :P Still, THEY ACTUALLY RESPONDED TO US!!!!!!!!!! And it was really great to see the guys in a good mood from looking and reading through all of 'em! :dance::dance::dance::dance: :D:D

 

I just want to say thanks to everyone who planned all of this out! It's really a success :heart:

I CANT BELIEVE IT! This is absolutely fantastic! I can't stop watching the video. I can see BOTH of my postcards in the video. At first I saw only one, the one that clearly has VIVA on the front, but now that I see the freezed frames, I see my other one RIGHT below it! It was the cartoon version that Chris drew of them that I copied down..and put Jonny's less paul, the black-keyed piano, Will's bell, and one of Guy's polaroids..I need to post the pictures of both of them. Thank you so much for setting up this project.

Ok, so i've probably watched this video about over 100 times now...

But i keep convincing myself that at the :42 second point, when Chris is looking down and says, "this is awesome" i see my card laying under him. Just for like a split second. You have to look really closely.. I'm probably totally wrong, but it looks just like the colors of my card. So i am going to pretend that it is. :D

I've watched it about that many times too, and tried to freeze frame the part where he said "this is awesome" :p

 

I actually didn't spot my card until about viewing #5.

Thanks for the updates! I haven't visited coldplaying.com for several days so seem to have missed all the fun! I can't actually see my postcards (or my friend's postcards) in the video but maybe I'm just too tired to spot them at the moment (or else they're underneath).

 

However, I live in Norfolk so am wondering if one of my cards is the one which Will is referring to? :P

 

EDIT: I can see a couple of the cards we sent now! My dad has even watched the video!

I keep thinking that I see the second one on the table when Will is bending over it in the beginning, but I think it's just wishful thinking :P

In theory the first one should be easier to find, 'cause the butterflies are big and more likely to be seen among the blurryness of the screenshots... but we'll see ;)

Yeah, that's what I thought, but the pastel colors don't work too well with the color effects that R42 puts on his videos/pictures! I feel like that postcard that looks completely blank is mine :P And the second one has some pretty obvious shapes and colors, so I keep thinking that I see it :confused:

We should ask Debs if she managed to grab a picture of all the postcards on the table before the guys came :laugh4: :P.

Too bad I didn't take a picture of my card! No way I'm going to find it in the screencaps, because it was white with a black text on the front saying:

 

"Mijn liefde is grenzeloos

net als de wind.."

 

(translation: my love is without borders, just like the wind..)

I didn't make it myself, but I'm in love with "Loesje". The texts on those cards usually tell how I feel in a great way :)
