Zoe i need to tell you what i learned about my legs last night!!!! it was very eye-opening and informative :stunned:

oh, I saw! you have the same problem as me, one of your legs is longer than the other!!! something else we share :P

well in addition to my left leg being shorter, my left hip is also lower than my right hip. and i have abnormal feet, like they're tilted in instead of aligned correctly. but its funny because 89% of the population have abnormal feet, so abnormal becomes normal and normal becomes abnormal :lol:

and my achilles tendons are messed up, i don't remember what he actually said was wrong with them. but like if my leg is laying straight, my feet with an applied force should be able to bend back towards me 10 degrees, but it barely gets to 0 degrees. and when my knee is bent, my foot still only gets to 2 or 3 degrees. that's something a lot of people with compartment syndrome have. and he said my injury of compartment syndrome and history of stress fractures also played a big role. and there were other things too, but i forget, because they were minor :P

 

so yeah, now i'm thinking custom orthodics will be good
