I find all math challenging.

It's pointles for me, becuase I am not going to be an architect or an engineer. Funny, I am supposedly already supposed to know what I want to do with my life, but yet I have these classes forced on me anyways.

b) People don't make kids learn math so that they will be more equipped to use math in their careers, they teach them math with the hope of organizing the way they think and helping them learn to approach things logically. Math classes are about learning how to think. (Generally speaking)

I consider anything under 90% failing. :P

Yeah, you are right about that. I just wish it felt logical to me :( A lot of focus is put on math's importance so I feel like an idiot when I don't most understand things involving it.

Because it's really interesting, and there's always a right answer and I love the logic of it.

And I guess I've always been good at it, especially when I was little and I just kinda taught myself everything, just suddenly knew how to do it. I had teachers brag about me to their classes. :freak: I'm not that good. There's so many things I don't know how to do and stuff still. So many.

I dunno, it's just really fun. CIRCLE GEOMETRY FTW. And logic problems and math and all kinds of mathy things. :wacko:

Some of it's just like a jigsaw puzzle really, and I've always had a huge thing for those too.

I don't know exactly why I love it really though.

I'm getting a job with it when I grow up I''m sure.

But I also wanna work in music retail. :P

Those are the reasons most people like math from what I can tell. I like when you get, like, an actual problem, and you're all like FFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUuu but then it's like *workworkwork* and then you're like OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH and you write some stuff down and pretty it up and then it's like :D

I really want to but a math textbook one day, I always look when I go to secondhand stores but I never find anything.

 

What other schoolish subjects do you really like?

 

I hate English class with a passion pretty much, they just had to go and make it impossible. :freak:

But I get help with my English next year because they put me in resource that semester which is a period every day. They're also making me organize my stuff and such during that time.

I see it as a good time to finish homework I didn't do. :P
