Important Things With Demetri Martin.

Featured Replies

Now I don't know how many of the people in here know about this guy, or this show. It's a new show on Comedy Central. It's on at Wednesdays @ 10:30PM EST.

Demetri is probably my favourite comedian at the moment, and the show is fucking excellent. I had seen quite a few of his stand-up shows before and when I found out he had his own show coming up, I was so fucking psyched. And I wasn't disappointed. This guy is as smart as he is funny. The show is a combination of Stand-up and sketch comedy, which at first I thought wouldn't work very well, but he does it brilliantly.

He's known for his extremely weird wit and unusual cleverness: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=urF-foKC4qQ]YouTube - Demetri Martin: Me vs You[/ame]

I highly recommend his Stand-up special called Person. It's fucking brilliant. :D

I am, by no means affiliated with Demetri Martin or his TV Show in any way. >_<

He's popular and I'm sure loads of people watch this.

"If, I" is his best thing, so interesting and hilarious

I love Demetri.

I've only watched two episodes (the premiere and last night's), but I'm not sure I "understand" his show's structure yet. I'm a little familiar with his previous material, and he's definitely one of the more abstract comedians out there. His material is intelligent comedy in a very different way, and I'll give him a chance.

Ah, I love him! He's smart and talented.
