The show is happening, but no major Coldplayers at it, unfortunately. :( This is Western NY we're talking about, out in the middle of nowhere! :P (I say so lovingly because I spend about 3/4 of the year up there)

:veryangry2:What is this?? Still NOTHING?:inquisitive:

i VOTE WE PLAY LIKE THE AMISH AND SHUN THE WESTERN NEW YORKERS!:mean::whip:

But I like Western NY! (I was just there this morning.... why did I have to come home??? :bigcry:)

:thinking:Sorry, Sarah, but some thing are inexcusable! You CHOSE to go the other direction!

I SHUN YOU ON BEHALF OF OUR BOYS. bad, bad Coldplayer:stunned:

Well, this isn't really much of an update, but I just got a call from a friend who was at the show. It was her first time seeing Coldplay, so she wouldn't have known about any setlist changes or anything specific like that, but she said it was a great show (and thanked me for the tip about where to run to during C-Stage :P) and tons of fun despite the rain! :D

lol, this thread is like the one on saturday night....nothing going on during the concert, just waiting for any news...except that night twitter was failing

what is it with the last two show threads. No show updates.:(

^yeah, that's kinda hard.though we could sing along next time

Hi guys. I'm back from the best concert of my life! It was beyond amazing. I have no words to describe it, but let me tell you, it was worth every penny, every ounce of anticipation, and every day I had to wait. This was my first time seeing them so I'm sure it will live on in my memory forever. I honestly don't think I've ever been so happy in my whole life!! :D Chris' voice was beautiful as always and he seemed to be in a pretty good mood, joking and improvising and such. And the rain seemed to hold off for the most part...I think it may have rained a bit but we were under a tent. Chris kept thanking everyone for putting up with the weather, he's so sweet! :nice: And OMG when they came out to the B stage, it was in the section right next to mine, so I got a really good view during The Hardest Part and GPASUYF!! They were SO close. The crowd was better than I expected...they were all standing and singing and screaming the whole time, and I was happy I had a fellow Chris lover next to me! :laugh3: It was just incredible. I was having such a great time that I forgot to tweet in between songs as I had planned...sorry!

I'll try to post some pics/videos, though most of my pics didn't come out well...:\

But OMG. FREAKING AMAZING. BEST NIGHT OF MY LIFE. :D

Glad you had a good time! :nice: I had a friend who was there on the lawn and she called and told me it rained off and on-- including a downpour during Fix You which ended as the song ended, which she thought was pretty cool. :P

Hey Marissa! Glad you had a good time!!!!!!!!!!! The first time watching Coldplay is always a treat :D

We were pretty desperate for updates tonight, huh?

We still are :P

Thanks everyone! And yeah...I feel your pain. Not too many Coldplayers in WNY unfortunately. Oh and I forgot to mention, there were no major changes to the setlist. And there were no ramps...:bigcry: Probably had something to do with the seats not being movable?

Sarah, that's so awesome that the rain stopped after Fix You! Wow. :nice:

Also just got back from Darien Lake, I had seen them in Cleveland and let me tell you this was a way better crowd, atmosphere, and performance. Really great, Everyone was into it and oh I go to touch all the band members as the walked to the C stage. That was cool. Great show and now I feel so satisfied!

Here's a few:

The rest came out really blurry. :bigcry: I'm sure someone who got closer will have better ones. My sister got some good ones and some videos but it'll have to wait till tomorrow because she's in bed and I don't know where her camera is.

Yay, thanks for the piccies! :nice: I had major problems with my camera too, don't worry. :P Looks like you had pretty good seats though!

You're welcome. :nice: Yeah, the seats weren't too bad! Next time I'd like to be in the pit though. But this was good for my first show. And I didn't want to let the camera distract me from properly enjoying it. :D Because my camera sucks, I knew it wouldn't really be worth it.
