How many & which Coldplay releases do you own?

Featured Replies

...be it CD, vinyl, DVD, etc? And which is your most valued or rare release?

I got:

All albums on cd. The DVD & CD package of the Live 2003 also.

VLVODAAHF as a vinyl. The singles of VH & VLV as cds. I have had the single vinylbox, but I gave it away as a present.

I'm planning to get the promo cd singles of LiJ, Lost! & LiT2...

Perhaps I'll buy the singlebox - again. :D

Most value: VLVODAAHF because my girlfriend gave it to me. She has made it individual on the cover (she painted own things on a paper to the theme of the album and fixed them on the cover).

Neat :D

I own:

Brothers & Sisters (CD)

Don't Panic (promo CDS)

Parachutes (CD)

Trouble (7", ORIGINAL, not from boxset)

A Rush of Blood to the Head (CD)

The Scientist (DVD single)

Clocks (DVD single)

Live 2003 (CD+DVD, long slidepack edition)

Speed of Sound (CDM)

X & Y (CD)

Fix You (CDM)

Talk (DVD single)

Talk (digipak ltd. ed. Dutch CDM, 3 parts)

Violet Hill (promo 7")

Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends (CD, gatefold)

Violet Hill (CDS)

Viva La Vida (CDS)

Prospekt's March EP (CD)

Life in Technicolor II (7")

So far :P

EDIT: I bought The Singles boxset from someone today, still shrink-wrapped, less than half of what I would've paid in the store. Mint condition. I am so giddy.

I own Parachutes, A Rush Of Blood To The Head, and X&Y on CD. I bought Live 2003, Viva La Vida, and Prospeckt's March on Itunes, and everything else in my library (save for the first three) are digital downloads.

- All 4 LPs

- VLV Prospekt's March Edition

- Brothers & Sisters

- Talk Single

That's all, nothing too elusive. I've never found any other single besides Talk in stores, but I'm now wanting to hunt them down online.

over 250+

rarest, probably the safety ep or the SOS black vinyl test press

...holy shit. Are you perhaps rich? Or Steve Lamacq? How do you even get by that kind of stuff? Also, if you ever die, can I have it? :P

For the time being, I have all the albums on CD, including Prospekt's March. I'm getting ready to collect all the singles on CD, though AND since I now have a record player, I'm going to get as many vinyls as I can get my hands on.

But, right now...only 5. :(

Over 250? Do you have every album, vinyl, EP, and single from EVERY REGION? :stunned:

Even then, I'm having trouble imagining that many.

I have 3 perfectly working Viva la Vida CDs

4 major albums

Live 2003 CD+DVD

Prospekt's March EP

Brothers & Sisters EP

I'd say I'm close, but still missing a few key pieces, like the Astoria acetate and the Ode cassette, among others. I know my list is written out in this thread somewhere, found it in the archives after a search a couple weeks ago. It took me years to build it up.

Well, hot damn! That's dedication! :D

My Violet Hill and Viva la Vida singles just came in the mail today, though I ordered them 2 months ago. :\

All albums, Prospekt's March and Live 2003. That'd be 6.

LPs and Live 2003

  • 4 weeks later...
