Wheels are spinning - there's nuts! You could snack on some tasty almonds!! And a home-cooked meal of beans goes real well with the rice... (I have that often). Put a little cabbage juice in it, and you're set!

Whole grains work best, and a whole-grain bread with beans and rice, and peppers to season both is real good, and very satisfying!:wink: Since fish is so good for you, then have the cod or salmon with some peppers, and maybe pearled barley for a change.. Caviar! how about that??:P

I'd offer you some oatmeal stout beer, but I'm not sure if that's good or bad??:\
