i wonder about november and december for you guys too, since i think after TWO years they might be done for 2009, but i really think they're coming to you yet :D. they KNOW they left you guys out, since they mentioned it in an interview and they're being innundated with oracle questions and tweets and all that, so i bet they'll do what they did last time and make a super-special trip to latin america in the next year and a half :nice:.

since this will happen with every single coldplay tour I decided that during the next tour I'll go to the US to see them, I'll start to save money from now :lol:

As long as the super special trip includes all the same VLV tour stuff...not a stripped down version like last time.

that's true, and i agree, a bit unfair. but i think i'd just be grateful to see them, since it's not that much of a big difference to see them with all the magic balls and ramps or not, at least to me. i'd rather see the guys performing (ok ok, with butterfly confetti :P) on an empty stage if that means seeing them, but to each their own :D

Yeah, they certainly deserve a break, they've been touring for a very long time! Sometimes I feel kinda guilty for wanting them to come visit us and work even more, but I wished they had given everyone at least one chance to see them, instead of giving lots of opportunities to the same places :(

 

I feel as Lore, maybe they'll come in November, or maybe they're not coming at all. I'm sad that they have already started talking about taking a break, because when that happens, means that they're announcing the end of the tour pretty soon. And november is still far away. As much as I loved the special tour, it's not that good to feel left out for the second time. It's like we're not part of the world, just a small piece of land dislocated from the rest of the globe. They talked so much about the new album being influenced by LA, that we'd never imagine that having a single tour date would be so difficult.

 

I didn't want to continue with the complaints, but every new announcement is a big disappointment :(

I don't think we have to appreciate anything... we are not 2nd category fans or something like that... we are just like the US or Europe fans, the feeling is the same, we are a bit far but that doesn't makes us better or worst fans, we deserve the same...

I think a break is exactly what they need, especially after all this VLV touring. And it's pretty much inevitable that they'll come back with a bang, so I'm more excited than upset. :D

Please, please, please come back and sing to us :)

I think they shouldnt have toured US again! They should ahve just when to Mexico and toured all those places and then end the VLV tour! Cause they do need a break and their kids need to be with their dads.......I mean i appreicate them coming back and touring here again but for example Chris hasnt seen hes kids and wife for a while now. He should be in LA witrh them not touring

Personally? Most people are already bored of them. I'm not, but I can see their point. So this is a good thing. I think if they rused it too much it would only make popular opinion even more that they're nothing but a sold-out commercialized band -- I mean most bands that churn out albums each year aren't very good, so. :shrug:

this tour is lasting too much, if it had ended last december, and they added a latin american tour, it'd had been perfect. but anyway, they deserve a break. I don't see chris taking a break, but well...

First, they toured too long.

 

Second, these long breaks depress me.

 

We're still okay now, cause there's still interviews, new pictures, and new news (duh?) and whatever.

 

But those in betweens when there's nothing going on.

If they ended it last Dec, that means they would have only toured Europe, Britain and North America.
