Did you see this?! Chris Martin's Viva shirt!

Featured Replies

Seen it before and I'm not a fan of that auction. I mean, Chris gave it to him in person and I believe he wanted to make a fan happy. And not with selling it for a hell lot of money over ebay. I find it kind of ... well, if that person gets happy through selling it and if it makes someone else, an actual fan, happy, I'm fine with that.

It's way too exspensive though, because you would probably never wear it. :P

No true fan would sell that. I heard a story that Chris gave it to a little boy, but this guy took it from the kid. Not sure if its true, but if it is then this guy is double scum!

I agree.

I don't know what kind of fan would want to sell something like that!

crazy.

I think last time the auction was up the guy was asking like $10,000

:stunned:

who would sell that shirt?!

if i had it, it'd be in a safe surrounded in bullet-proof glass and lasers and shiz

:p

ha!

Hopefully he realizes that nobody is going to buy it because he wants so much money.

That makes me mad.

He should appreciate the fact that Chris gave it to him.

or the fact that chris gave it to some kid...but then he stole it...big jerk :veryangry2:

:P

okay yeah...

the price is bad enough but if the whole stole-it-from-a-kid thing is true then this guy's douche-baggery baffles me.

and this is why celebrities rarely give stuff to fans. cuz they never know if the person, such as this one, is gonna be stupid and greedy and sell it -_- way to ruin it

I hope this guy will never sell it !

Chris probably knows he's selling it, he's never gonna do this again, thanks :dozey:

What kind of fan would sell something like that? He doesn't deserve to have had Chris give it to him.

Many people go to their shows, even if they're not "fans" like us ;)

So... Chris sucks, he threw his shirt to this guy :dozey:

If I had it, I'd wear it and never take it off again. I'd be like that episode of the Simpsons where that girl spits on Barts hand and he is like "i'll never wash my hand again"...except, itd be..wearing the shirt... :P

No Coldplay fan would sell that shirt. It's like when someone sold Barry Bonds' 756th homerun ball

If I was even lucky enough to go to a concert, let alone have CHRIS MARTIN'S T-SHIRT I would tresure the ticket stub always, and the T-Shirt would be locked in a glass vault hanging on my wall. How could you bear to sell it??

People are different I suppose. I don't care about keeping ticket stubs, programmes or other mementos from gigs, or even signed cds etc.

If I was given this shirt by Chris I'd give it away if someone I cared about a lot really wanted it, or sell it. If I had money it'd be for charity, but I don't right now so I'd use the cash to see the band in five far-flung countries and have a nice holiday in each one at the same time :)

Ah ah ah it's not the same shirt ! Look at the star on the right she's bigger in the real shirt of Chris !

For me, this isn´t a real coldplayfan. I would never sell this chrissyshirt!!!!

im surprised the shirt is still in one piece, i've seen stuff thrown into crowd getting ripped in hundred little pieces.

it's a cool shirt, but i would never pay that kind of money for it, just think how many concert tickets you can buy with that money.

and i would NEVER sell one if i caught one. i still have a towel i caught at an r.e.m. gig. have no idea what to do with it, but i ain't selling it, even for a dollar.

and this is why celebrities rarely give stuff to fans. cuz they never know if the person, such as this one, is gonna be stupid and greedy and sell it -_- way to ruin it

and its also why some authors will only sign a book at a book signing if its dedicated to someone. they won't just sign their name.

I just saw this on Ebay!

And it's dang expensive!

Well there you have your answer right there:cool:. Someone trying to make a quick buck and probably isn't a fan really a fan at all.

what an idiot. who would sell that? and he's obviously selling it for too much money, cause, it's been up for a very very very long time. :P
