That's what I thought too because it says "One nation under God". What if you're atheist?

This is when I'm glad of the UK state school system, no having to say pledges or sing songs

At my school, we had to say the Pledge of Allegiance and the Texas pledge, and sing My Country Tis of Thee.

How does the pledge go?
