To The Mods (well mostly Ian)

You need to start banning other people.

Because, see, if you ban virtually only one person (ie Nathan for those who don't know, he got banned again) you need to ban others, because there are plenty of members who deserve to be banned equally on this forum. I won't name names because I'm pretty sure the mods have a fair idea, but if Ian (who I believe is the banner in question) is going to go around stomping out one of the interesting people on this forum he should stomp out all of them. I'm only looking for equal representation here. There are plenty of people here that I can think of who "deserve" to be banned as much if not more as Nathan.

Or, alternatively, you could let Nathan back, probably less work. Idk what he did this time around, I asked Ian about a half hour ago but no reply. Personally I'd like a reason as to the circumstances if the banning this time around, I'm curious; and a few others are too. I mean if Ian just banned Nathan because he was largely disliked he should probably ban about half of this forum, since everyone here is basically disliked by at least one person. And if Ian banned Nathan because he personally disliked him he is just being a poor and unfair administrator. But what do I know, nobody's said why he was banned or anything.

If you are going to ban people for "meanness" I suggest you get right on it, there are several here, including me, awaiting your judgement.

Flame war commence.

Basically I'll tell you what I've figured out in my time here. You aren't an Admin, or even a Mod. You don't know Ian, how he operates this place, or why he makes the decisions he does. So unless you are a mind-reader, stop trying to figure him and the other forum leaders out, and just mind your business. If you have a question or comment on what is going on, send a PM to Ian, don't make a thread just to voice your opinion, because it's pointless.

Heaps of people get banned every week,or so i've been told.

I did.

Voicing my own opinion isn't pointless, it's clearly already sparked discussion, so shut up.

Rick, the people banned everyday are spammers promoting nike shoes or things like that

when I read this thread I thought nathan was banned again

What the fuck is going on here?

Yeah he's not banned,so your thread is pointless.

So did Sara, it was my fault for not explaining IP addresses to her.

by the way, we (the mods) can't ban people unless they are new members (joined during the last 30 days, like the spam bots)

oh, hi there Nathan!...who is clearly not banned.

According to him he was IP banned.

But he's probably lying to me, the lying little fucker. >_>

^There.

Well the mods need to start IP banning others also, is my point. :shifty:

edit: And thanks Lore, by "mods" I mean Ian, since he seems to be the Cheif Banner here.

According to him he was IP banned.

But he's probably lying to me, the lying little fucker. >_>

Well he obviously knows a way around it..........

What is it you did this time??

WELL YES BUT MY POINT IS IAN NEEDS TO BAN MORE PEOPLE BECAUSE IF HE IS ONLY GOING TO BAN ONE PERSON HE NEEDS TO BAN MORE BECAUSE OTHERWISE HE'S BEING UNFAIR.

My point is still valid, you all. <_<

Another one of my points. Ian's not telling anyone.

To be fair I only PM'd him a while ago, we should give him a chance to state his case, I suppose.

well according to some people mods can't even have their own opinions, but I also think nathan should be unbanned or another people should be banned, but it won't happen I think

I think the warning thing could be good

well according to some people mods can't even have their own opinions, but I think the warning thing would be nice...

I thought there were already warnings before a ban is issued?

I edited my post, sorry rick :P

I mean, there are some forums where you have warnings like 5% warning if you do something or 10% warning if you do something worst, if you reach the 100% you're out

Another one of my points. Ian's not telling anyone.

Why start a thread then? It's not like he hasn't replied for days.
