Can I just take a moment to say, I have no flipping idea whatsoever what this thread is about or became about or whatever (and don't want to :worried2:), but every time I drop in and read a couple of posts to figure it out, the title makes me laugh soooo much.

Mark, is this entire internet persona of yours some sort of elaborate joke? I find it almost impossible to believe that one responding to a serious post that repeatedly mentioned that you would dismiss his post as biased drivel five times in one reply. I've wondered for a while now, tbh.

 

edit: ok that was about eight pages back, but whatever, I just read up to that part in the thread and really thought I should say something

 

Fair enough, this post warrants a serious response, so I'll give it one. The point is that Ren (and one or two others) only ever responds to a post of mine or makes a comment referring to me when he wants to score points/take the p*ss/make negative or prejudicial remarks. This has been going on for years.

Some of these comments have actually even been slanderous, and were dealt with through the proper channels.

As I have no reason whatsoever to believe his attitude has changed, I don't see why any loaded "questions" he puts to me in public deserve a response, particularly as he is in no position whatsoever to take the "moral high-ground" based on previous exchanges.

If at any point he decides to interact with me for a prolonged period in a "fair" manner, then maybe I'll look at things a bit differently, but that's about as likely to happen as Chris Martin inviting me to his next birthday party.;)

Therefore I feel it would be better for him not to engage me in any conversation at all and everything will be fine, as it had been for several weeks until this point.;)

 

And none of this has anything to do with this thread by the way, which Shane only ever intended to be a "laugh".
