I know a guy who killed himself :\. That really made me start thinking about that in negative ways.

Cause if you wanna die, no one has the right to forbid it... But what about people who can't even kill themselves ? Then someone has to do it for them, but it becomes a murder Very hard problem !

 

If it is their will to die that's what I'm talking about. Whatever your mind decides to do no matter what your body is capable. If you can't kill yourself but someone will do it for you as long as you made the decision you're in control of your body.

Even at my lowest, I could never end my own life... or get someone else to do it intentionally... It's, gah, it's difficult for me to hear of people who end their lives for problems that could be fixed. Some people face more harder things, and i guess i can see how killing themselves would be the best that they could do, but still... it just gives me goosebumps...

 

Tbh, i've never thought of killing myself. Yes, i can fucking hate my life at times, but never have i had suicidal thoughts.

Just because you two have had a fairly good life doesn't mean you can just blatantly stroll in here and make general statements like that without even bothering to think of the possible situations or possibilities that make people do these things. I, for one, am rather offended.

Sure, they're "weak" in the sense that they don't feel life is worthwhile anymore, but to just permanently label them that is wrong.

I don't think they are weak. I think they are just in a dark place which I hope I never have to experience. I know two people who have committed suicide within the last sixth months and the people who were close to them were left with feelings of extreme heartbreak and anger.

It's not selfish. We all meet the same end, some people life is horrible and why suffer extra years to meet the same fate? Why live longer in hell when you can speed up the inevitable and stop the pain.

Its not about that some people life is horrible and others is good. Its about their attitude to life. Some people just cant get out of some difficult situations in their heads.

I don't judge suicide until I understand the context. Obviously there are conceivable situations where suicide would even be encouraged. However, the vast majority of suicides are for selfish and idiotic reasons. I've read that statistically, something like 90% of people who have survived jumps off of the golden gate bridge, instantly regretted it in mid-air. Imagine how the countless people who didn't survive felt before they hit the water?

Its not about that some people life is horrible and others is good. Its about their attitude to life. Some people just cant get out of some difficult situations in their heads.

 

Still some people will never get relief, no matter if it's physical or psychological. why doom them to hell on earth and then let them meet the same fate in the end?

In some countries like Switerland you can go to the hospital and request to be killed. I think i'ts called death help or something.

I think if you want to end your life, you shouldn't have someone else do it for you...
