Ok but Mark =/= Coldplay so you don't really have any idea about whether or not they liked it. It's their right to send somebody two of their CDs and a few signatures if they liked a performance.

I don't recall Fantasia ever talking like an "airhead", whether she is one or not. The difference is, she's an immensely talented singer, unlike Stacey, who is mediocre at best.;)

1) Right but a band sending a woman two CDs signed with obvious oodles of affection is logically more likely to be indicative of a band liking the performance than not.

 

2) If you ask me Fantasia always seemed a little shallow as far as personality goes, but anyway, that's irrelevant, my point is that the shallowness of the personality is just a ridiculous way to judge a singer, if you ask me Chris Martin also has acted like an utter retard on multiple occasions (and I still like him ok, don't call me a jaded fan) but he is obviously an amazing and talented musician. Intelligence =/= emotional capacity. Whether or not Stacy Salomon is a good artist.

I just watched the video of her singing - what I really noticed and liked was how they kept referring to picking a Coldplay song to sing as a bold move and that they are difficult songs to sing.

Okay, I really hate the way she sings and I think there's absolutely no emotion in her cover, but that was very nice from the guys :nice:
