E-books

Put it in a bag/backpack or back in your car. People know better than to leave their things lying on the floor where thousands of people could steal or damage it.

People can easily steal a bag, so that's pointless, and it's usually a long walk back to the car (if you actually travelled by car). so I'm afraid your theory fails.

Incorrect.

I asked you to answer my question, not to give your opinion on why I like E-Books.

No, it is relevant. You're the one who said E-Books are lame in the first place and I want to know why because I personally like them and I want to know why other people don't, but apparently anyone who tries to talk to you (other than your 'yes men') doesn't deserve your opinion.

Maybe I should try this system.

IRRELEVANT. :smug:

Goodbye.

I prefer regular books.

I only need one at a time anyway.

Way to go on answering her question!!

Seriously Mark, I hope you don't do this irl. You aren't the superior leader of coldplaying. When someone asks you a question you should answer it. Even my 3 year old broter can do that. Come on you are a grown man, you should no better than to act like a child. And don't say that her question was "biased" or that what I'm saying is "irrelevant ;)" cos it isn't.

hahaha an e-books hater? c'mon

what's next, do you hate plants? monkeys? iPods?

What if you're on the beach and want to go for a swim?

oh Gosh! I'm sorry...but that just made me laugh!:laugh3:

If you don't like E-books fine, but why bother telling everyone else they're wrong for liking them? Cos there's nothing better to do on a Saturday night?

Thought so :dozey:

:awesome:

I want an E-book, the whole concept of it sounds awesome!

Nah,I'm too used to reading a book on paper,it would feel weird.

Don't worry, if you were on the beach everybody would leave.

E-Books are awesome. I have the Kindle. It has the E-ink in it that makes reading a joy. Awesome system.

i have several e-books. got most of them for free (e.g. paolo coelho gave away pdf copies of some of his books when Brazil won for the Olympics). :D but they are very hard to read from the PC so usually, i end up printing them- especially those pages i need for school. :D

If you have to print the pages, doesn't that defeat the object?:dozey:

well, i just print out several important pages that would be useful for school. not the whole book. :D just so i can leave my laptop at home. :):)

but if im just home, or if i have my laptop with me in school, i don't---sometimes. :laugh3:

I don't enjoy reading e-books but they are useful for uni. Academic books can be very expensive and e-books are a good alternative if a book is taken out or if our library doesn't have them.
