Anyway, having now seen those photos of the inside of number 19, I reckon it's quite possible the studios are at number 17, but that the band have also rented number 19 short-term to use for meetings/discussions/chilling while recording the new album.

That would explain everything, and wouldn't affect any permanent sale of the property if it went through.;)
