Blur's 'No Distance Left To Run' film set for DVD release - exclusive

 

Blur film No Distance Left To Run is set to be released on DVD.

 

The film, which was premiered tonight (January 14) with a screening attended by the band at London's Leicester Square and begins a nationwide cinema run on January 18, will be released as a two-disc set.

 

The first disc features the film, which directed by Will Lovelace and Dylan Southern. It was filmed around last year's reformation shows, including Glastonbury and London's Hyde Park, and also tells the full band's history with early home videos, rare backstage access and interviews.

 

The second disc is a full performance from one of Blur's brace of Hyde Park shows last summer.

& Damon Albarn seems to be the only one who still kinda looks like he did back in Blur's heydays...the rest, well, they pretty much kinda look like middle aged men. :confused:

 

love that bit at the end where Damon dives into the crowd & the security guy moves to grab him... :laugh3: ...& it did look like he almost missed the edge of the crowd too. so maybe it's just as well the security guy moved when he did.
