Which track triumphed in Xfm's Song Of The Decade poll? XFM play out the Top 100 on Sunday November 29 from 11am...

Coldplay - 'Viva La Vida'

The title track of Coldplay's 2008 album "Viva La Vida" was produced by the legendary Brian Eno and made number 1 in both the US and UK - a first for the band.

Coldplay - 'Yellow'

The second single from Chris Martin and co, this song put Coldplay on the map back in June 2000, making an impressive Number 4 in the UK charts. It's taken from their debut album "Parachutes".

TWO Killers songs inside the top ten?! I love them but Somebody Told Me is waaaay too high.

Pity we didn't know about this before voting was over.

I loved loved loved the list. But I do think Yellow could've been a liiiittle higher.

Blah @ Sex on Fire at #3. KOL have way better songs.

EDIT: Apparently that's Ricky Gervais' favorite song of the decade.

Surprised Yellow and VLV made it on while Clocks didn't. Ah well, lots of good songs on that list.

both should been higher

That list is crap

She is right, you know.

What a HORRIBLE list!!! TWO Killers songs?!? I like them, but good Lord!! Coldplay's been around MUCH longer and has had a much bigger impact than them. And I'm sick to DEATH of hearing about Kings of Leon!! I do love that Elbow got in there : ) as for the rest, ugh.
