Exactly. He doesn't deserve any sympathy whatsoever.;)

erh... I have to disagree with the no sympathy.

mistakes are made, rules and laws are broken, they affect your life

and you have to try to go on with your life.

haha well

he was my teacher when i was in HS. my favorite like i said.. & the one i trusted.

i haven't talked to him since but it was a surprise to find this out..

There was a highly respected teacher at my brother's former high school who was arrested for smuggling child porn into the country...yup, my vaguely related two pence.

My 15 yr old cousin just had a kid. The father is 21, I almost had to drive up to Ohio to beat his face in.

......I didn't know there was a thread about little ole me! :embarrassed:

Whether she did or not, what he did was wrong on every level. What happened may well have scarred her for life, which is terrible.;)

I'm sure it scarred her for life when she agreed to be fucked by a creepy old teacher, Mark, how observant of you.

Ewwww... gross, not to mention that guy's a dick. You shoulda. Don't they know about contraception, or did he just conveniently forget? Hmph.

uh..

Don't worry, I'm guessing it is joking.

Psychological scarring can take many forms. As you don't know anything about the "victim", it would be wrong to make any assumptions regarding her character.

"It" is an alias, most probably Spoon's, and therefore should be ignored.;)

You're probably right about the assumptions, especially as said person was known by a member of the board, I shouldn't be so harsh. My apologies, but I don't place the blame entirely on the teacher (the law does tho).

What he did isn't right, even if she had been older he would still have been very un ethical but what he did in this case does pretty much constitute rape.

It doesn't help in the US though that the age of consent is about 204.

In Australia I don't think it's legal to have teacher-pupil sex at any age, but I can't remember exactly. At least, up to 18 I know it's definitely illegal.

(10 is age of consent here as long as your partner is within 2 years of your age and over 10, then 16 is free choice except for teachers/carers/etc. Nobody really knows about the 10 law tho so they treat 16 as age of consent. For background when making response.)

I think the teacher/pupil, Dr/patient etc relationship is highly unethical wether both people involved are over the age of consent or not.

In my opinion 15 or 16 is the right sort of area to have the age of consent, I think in most states of the US it's 18 which is too high.

In the UK it's 16,although I didn't feel the need to wait that long, if you're both under 16 then I don't think there's much legally they can do either.

If you continue to make rubbish allegations like this then i'm going to have a word with the moderater of the site. I can see why some people find you unbearable and condescending, there's nothing likeable about you. :D

This just gives further weight to my argument. You're not fooling anyone. Everything you say just digs you deeper into your hole.:smug:

I have to agree because the eck factor is a bit weird. If it's ex-patient or something like that it's fine but otherwise... bleugh.

And yeah when both are under age of consent nobody does anything about it anyway, which kinda defeats the purpose of it being a law.

I think when both parties are under the age of consent, it is assumed there is nothing to suggest that one has "taken advantage" of the other, as both are regarded as "innocents" in the eyes of the law.

If you had any backbone you would reveal your true identity, but I very much doubt that will ever happen.:dozey:
