What the fuck is wrong with people?

Featured Replies

Oh fuck off Mark, don't turn this thread into a Daily Mail recruiting pool. This happens all over the world, what exactly makes it unique to Britain and what about it implies anything about a "Broken Britain"? Is that just the general term for anything negative in England?

You wont answer my questions so don't bother responding.

Here's what you said (first), just in case you forgot.;)

Incidentally, I do genuinely believe you would benefit from some "anger management" classes and that you should "ignore" me if I annoy you so much. Just trying to be helpful, that's all.

These are just good pieces of advice, not rudeness. Plus you were the one that said you should be "locked up", not me.

You still started it all with your first (unnecessary) response to what I said, though. So my point stands.;)

My response was because you set out to suck the life out of absolutely everything. "Broken Britain" IN MY OPINION has nothing to do with the topic on hand, therefore I took objection to your bringing it up in this thread.

Your point doesn't stand because you are openly abusive to someone and then in the same thread dismiss someone elses very very valid points for being abusive, only this time aimed towards you, so therefore immoral and incorrect

Can you please just stop posting in this thread?

The problem is unreachable stupidity, on this dear little internet- site very perfectly personified by mc_squared.

Now that you've officially pulled the "That's my opinion regardless of whether or not there's any reason or logic behind it THATS MY OPINION" card I'll just go back to calling you an asshole. Asshole. Asshole... Asshole! ...Asshole.

Asshole.

You're very lucky Guatama did lose it and used abusive language, because otherwise you'd have to answer a very comprehensive post which made you look like an asshole. Asshole.

Asshole.

Maybe he had "height" issues and thought you were being patronising.:dozey:

How am suppose to respond to that? The fact that he just ignored me doesn't cover up for that in any way. But that was clearly not the case anyway.

I don't mean to apply attitudes to entire nations a la Mark, but I gather from talking to my Swedish friend that this kind of thing isn't uncommon at all in Sweden. I mean obviously there are underlying issues that have to do with your upbringing and that could technically differ from nation to nation. For example time I've spent in America (outside of the major cities like New York, where I imagine they just ignore each other like it's perfectly natural) I noticed that they almost go too far in being polite, to the point where you can tell it's fake and it's just to make you think better of them. That's a slightly different thing to what I was talking about but I still think it's valid.

Yeah, Scandinavians generally are very self-conscious. I lived 7 months in Spain and I just really felt that the people was more caring and polite. The young people also had respect for the elderly people while here we just throw them in a nursing home and stop caring about them when they reach their 70's.

To be fair I have to say that at the times I've been in the UK there hasn't been a big from contrast from what I'm experiencing here in Sweden. And America being fake polite is obviously better than just ignoring and generally being an assholes.

I can sympathize with you, another thing I hate is when you hold a door for someone and they don't say thank you or even acknowledge that you have done it, simple politeness and manners go a long way.

exactly. Actually there was another time I was on the bus, and one of my friends said something to me that I thought was really rude. There was a mother and young child who walked on the bus that was completely filled. So I said to him, "lets stand up so they could sit down" and he said to me "nah, if they want to sit down they'll ask"... I thought it was such a dick thing to say. I mean if you see someone struggling on the bus with a kid, you should stand up and let them sit down. I stood up and let them sit down, but he didn't

My response was because you set out to suck the life out of absolutely everything.

Actually, that sounds more like you.;)

Well I believe it does, and I'm entitled to my opinion.:smug:

As I've said on countless previous occasions, if people are being personally abusive, any comments they make totally lose their validity, therefore I have every right to ignore them, and will continue to do so, whether you like it or not.;)

Can you please just stop posting in this thread?

No, because I have every right to do so.;)

I was just jesting. There was clearly no excuse for his behaviour whatsoever.;)

I have every right to call you anything I want and tell you to fuck off though, the man who shouts hypocrite is the biggest one himself. Honestly this thread could be interesting, in fact when it's actually on topic it IS interesting, if you really get joy from ruining decent conversation then by all means do your best, but honestly what's the point? You're not funny, nobody agrees with you and all you are doing is making yourself look like an absolute ****** for the sake of soime skewed ideals you have in your own head.

Once again, unnecessarily rude, abusive, and therefore hypocritical.;)

Once again, it would, and still could, be interesting, if you (and certain others) stop being rude and abusive.

I'm still waiting for you to do so.

;)

If you don't like my opinions, put me on ignore. Problem solved.

Mark you are the inhibitor here, nobody else.

I disagree, for the reasons stated previously. So either ignore me, or stop being abusive. The choice is simple, as I'm not going anywhere.;)

asshole. Asshole. Asshole... Asshole! ...Asshole.

Asshole.

asshole. Asshole.

Asshole.

How eloquent.:dozey:

Could people collectively put it on ignore. We all know what it's gonna utter anyway. It's sad, but I'll do it now, it's just too crazy and perverted and most of all boring.

Only if you can see the irony in the fact the thread is about "rudeness" and there are people (including its creator) being incredibly rude in the thread themselves.

You couldn't make it up.

Fick Dich ins Knie. :nice:

^Just further proves my point. Extremely rude.
