TechnicolorGreenEyes
The comic is fucking awesome, excited for the movie. Scott is 23 and is in a band called Sex-Bomb-Omb It's just got such a great sense of humour and is gernally a really enjoyable read, references loads of cool stuff and has a lot of self referencing. It's pretty geeky, but pretty AWESOME. Can't be bothered to save and upload my favourite bits so here are some random ones I found on google:

an angel
I always sort of look for those comics whenever I go to the bookstore, but I always forget the name so I never can find them. And I never want to look very long (I actually just kind of glance), because looking at the comics section seems so... so nerdy. :disappointed:
EmmaLouiseSmyth
Get back in the comic section and go buy it. It's not nerdy, it's about a 23/24 year old canadian in a band who must defeat his new girlfriend's seven evil ex's  Count yourself lucky, i have to go to comic book store to get them. You walk in and all the guys around like a dungeons and dragons table look at you :blank:
an angel
I need some moneh first. I honestly kind of doubt that they have them here. All I've seen in the comics section is manga, but then again I haven't really looked hard.
EmmaLouiseSmyth
They will have them, especially with the 6th book release today and all. They only got 25 copies in to the shop here :bigcry: I bought the first one for my friends and I've been going with her to buy them. I think I might go buy my own copies when I have money. an angel
I hope so. I just don't think it's popular here because I had never heard of it before. Is it pretty well-known in Ireland? Good luck getting one :P
EmmaLouiseSmyth
But the movie is coming out and everything soon, it is going to be known where you live. It's known of and anyone who reads it loves it. They have been sold out of certain issues in the comic book shop many a time. Oh and I forgot, they got it into the big english chain book shop here. I might be able to get it there. But I think the internet would be cheap.
an angel
You're right about it becoming popular when the movie comes out... I better buy as many as I can get before all the covers are replaced with a promotional pic from the movie.

an angel
Meh. I'm already a nerd. I just don't want to be caught looking at the comics for some reason. :P
harrisonrules
Sadly...that's what every casting director (other than Edgar Wright) in the world thinks too! He's been stuck in that role forever now, Scott Pilgrim should show people that he has actual talent and get him some decent post-AD roles. he's essentially the same guy every film even saying this, i still like him and find him funny
