The highest point, or mountain, is teh Aconcagua and it's in Argentina, in the border with Chile. The highest (I mean above the sea level) Volcano, in the world is in the "Altiplano", as you called it, in Chile and it's called "Ojos del Salado". And yes, La Paz, Bolovia's Capital, is one of the higest cities in the wolrd............. but it's not exactly the Altiplano (taht's where the Volcano is)

November 14, 200322 yr Romania..............that's besides Hungry, Ukraine and Bulgaria, and the capital is Bucharest!!!!.................... I have a map of Western or Easter Europe (the one that is close to Asia) and Asia and the Middle East and a part of Africa in my history lessons, just behind me................ so it's easy to learn this when you see it all the time! :lol: Ask a harder one! :lol:
