Here are some I can remember:

1. monster - munster

2. sharp - shark

3. funeral - thuneral

4. tongue - ton

Instead of Coca Cola I said Coca Latta. :awesome:

Soldiers instead of shoulders.

I also had to take speech therapy. So I pronounced ALOT of stuff wrong.

i had a really bad lisp when i was younger, i couldn't pronounce a shit load of words.

When I was in high school, at the end of my senior year our physics class made a list of about 20 words that our physics teacher often pronounced incorrectly. We gave him the list so that the students could return the favor and teach him something. I don't remember the whole list, but the ones that stick out in my mind are:

 

rollercoaster (he would say rollycoaster)

nuclear (he would say nuculer)

My history teacher can't say "picture". She can only say "pitcher" :rolleyes:

I used to pronounce ceramics like "ker-ah-micks". My best friend still thinks it's hilarious. :disappointed:

 

I also had trouble pronouncing the first syllable of "yellow". It came out like "leh-low".

I was in speech therapy for 5 years, I mispronounced many words.
