Listen to really sad music and cry my eyes out, and then go to sleep. And then make some coffee.

And then I feel all better :smartass:

Dance :) I believe dancing can solve ALL the world's problems :P

How sad are we talking?

When I feel a bit upset, i just need sleep :laugh3:

I don't get sad often, I usually just get pissed off.

I then I rant and face palm at what they've done or said,

to my friends :nice:

It's s'all good.

Aren't feeling well: I complain that I'm not feeling well and expect people to offer me something to make it feel better.

Feeling down/sad: I go off and sulk, if I'm around friends I'll snuggle or something and cry.

Yeah, I'm a wuss.

Make sweet tea, drink it with a bendy straw, sit in the dark, stare at the glow-in-the-dark stars on my wall, and listen to coldplay, and think things over :)

get on keystone rd. turn up the music, and hit those turns at speeds that are quite unlawful.

do the opposite of what you were doing before you got sad?

depends i guess, if i simply got upset by someone or something i try to fix it, or move on doing something else to keep me busy, be productive and don't think too much of what saddens me.
