Run. Put on music and run 6-7 miles at full speed.

Focus energy as much as possible on something positive like cooking, studying, reading, going out and meeting random people, sports, lifting and often a long drive to the coast where i walk down it for a few hours.

listen to Nana Moskouri.

I feel so old.

Listen to music, and draw until my hand hurts.

i lie on the couch with a blanket and watch cartoons! :cheesy:

lol sometimes i do the same

or i just listen really depressive music :shifty:  and after some tears i feel fine again

This actually makes me feel happy!

Same. Lots of music. Or just be generally pissed off at people for no reason.

I laugh a lot with my sis.
