I don't know whether or not I've checked in, because the other week I listened to Jona Lewie's "Stop the Cavalry" which has the word 'Christmas' in the chorus and sounds quite Christmassy, it's a classic 'Christmas' song but he insists it's an anti-war song about being home by Christmas, and he doesn't feel it should be associated with the joy of the holiday itself.

Ah hell it's just a freaking topic! Put me down.

I'm officially checking in, I was listening to Arthur Fiedler's A Christmas Festival album. :nice: :santa:

YES! They're Christmas songs are awesome. And yeah I think the only one with vocals I listen to is Christmas Canon

-highfive- :cheesy:

Yeah, it's pretty amazing. I only have "Christmas Eve and Other Stories" as far as albums go, though.

With vocals, I actually rather like "Good King Joy." Maybe it's the slight gospel feel.

At any rate, it's not officially the Christmas season for me until I put on a Christmas album from Mannheim Steamroller. :wacky:

They're Christmas songs

Tsk tsk Uranus, tsk tsk. :P

I'm listening to Sufjan's christmas music too.

Sufjan Stevens' Jingle Bells, here I am

The Trans Siberian Orchestra is AMAZING.

Just thought I'd say that. :D

:cheesy:

You make me happy. :nice:

I heard a xmas song in Khols today and found it ridiculous being that Nov. just started... so i'm still not checking in yet.

Well I don't really "start" listening to Christmas music around Christmas time. I don't listen to it much in general, which isn't weird, but I don't suddenly start listening to it during the holiday season.

I listened to Mannheim Steamroller this afternoon. It was fantastic. :nice:

i'm listening to sting's "if on a winter's night" right now, i guess that counts.

checking in... I'm listening to like most of Harry Connick, Jr.'s Christmas Albums xD
